Future You recently met with educators at the National Education Summit from 28 to 29 August, a key professional development event for Australian educators.
Held in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre our team chatted to and equipped teachers with our free resources they can use in their classrooms to inspire the next generation in STEM careers.
Future You team hosted roundtable discussions, these sessions provided a valuable forum for educators to connect with our team and with each other. The discussions centered on practical strategies to effectively break-down stereotypes in STEM education and careers into the curriculum.
The National Education Summit is well-known for its focus on key educational pillars like Wellbeing for Future-Focused Schools and the use of AI in the Classroom. Our stall demonstrated how the Future You program’s curriculum-aligned learning activities can help teachers not only deliver required content but also foster essential skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving.
